4 day Mindful Art Workshop max 6 people
You need to take some time to revitalise yourself if you want to experience life to its fullest.
The workshop relies on the discipline of Mindfulness to remind ourselves that we can also draw, move and breathe from an ever-deeper place within. When we open our senses and emotions this will flow into art and your experience of the moment. Workshop will be tailored to the group and may include some form of mediation, or music to explore how to unlock focus, attentiveness, and creativity. (Weather permitting) No need for previous experience in art or mindfulness.

We are here to help remind you that taking care of our mind is taking care of our souls, and helps us celebrate every day. Through Mindful Art we help you re connect with your inner self, to leave the past behind and to lead a more positive healthy life.
The first day will be introductions, mindful art exercises and story time.
Day 2 will continue with stories and mindful art
Day 3 will be finding your true identity and removing the outer mask you wear to the world revealing your innner self using mindful art
Day 4 round up of the workshop and mindful art session, showing you how to use the complete tool box to take home and start your new positive Journey in life.
Hot Drinks, Juices and lunch will be provided . Wear warm clothing that makes you feel alive, the sessions are held in a marquee .
